RESIDENCE DES PINS
Residence des pins, a historic and iconic structure in the heart of Beirut, was unfortunately affected by the devastating 2020 port blast. As the city and its residents began the process of rebuilding and restoring, our company was honored to play a role in the restoration of this beloved home. Utilizing our expertise in woodwork and construction, we were able to bring the Maison des Cedres back to its former glory while also incorporating new and necessary safety measures.
- One of the key elements of the restoration was the use of the original material, the highly durable and sought-after Burma natural wood. This material was carefully selected and expertly crafted to match the original design and aesthetic of the Residence Des Pins. In addition to utilizing the original material, we also introduced a new layer of protection in the form of 2cm thick bulletproof glass. This added measure ensures the safety and security of the residents while also complementing the natural beauty of the wood.
Our work on the Residence Des Pins is a testament to our dedication to preserving the beauty and history of Lebanon while also keeping the safety and well-being of its people at the forefront. We are proud to have played a small but meaningful role in the rebuilding and restoration of this beloved home and city.
